tcballard: A Couple of Days, Over 2,000 Clones of Familiar Already

@tcballard

tcballard says "A couple of days. Over 2,000 clones of Familiar already 🤯" and "Turns out “I love Omarchy, but I’d quite like to use my mouse” has an audience." They thank everyone giving it a go ("Watching something I built find its way onto other people’s desktops is pretty damn cool.") and credit the GitHub Traffic Board plugin by hancore_linux for the visual; the still is a "GitHub traffic" panel reading "2,440" views and "10,830" clones, with "omarchy-plugin-familiar-des…" at the top of "Repositories by views" at "779" views and "2,124" clones, over a wallpaper of a rocket lifting off amid billowing smoke, above a dock.

ZenFoco8: Created a Quickshell Plugin to Monitor Their Second Ubuntu PC

@ZenFoco8

ZenFoco8 says, in Portuguese, that a new type of programmer is emerging: until last year they did not know what git, GitHub, tmux, or herdr were, now they are using Omarchy, discovered what Arch Linux, "hyperland", SSH, and Vercel are, and are now creating Quickshell plugins, and created one to monitor their second Ubuntu PC 😂; the still is a panel headed "ubuntu" "online" with "CPU", "RAM" ("7.8 GB / 15.0 GB"), "Disk /", and "seagate" bars, a "herdr 0.9.3 · 3 agents · 1 working" list of "1 · Orquestrador (Claude)", "2 · Framework (Claude Opus 5.5, xhigh)", and "4 · Temas por livro (Claude Opus 5.5, high)" marked "working", and "Open herdr" and "SSH terminal" buttons, beside a green contribution heatmap above an "omarchy" commit list.

EpistoAI: Kanso v0.9, Quiet Screen Time for Omarchy

@EpistoAI

EpistoAI posts "Quiet screen time for Omarchy.": "An hourglass in the bar. Hover for today; click for Day, Week, Month and Year." "Terminal-aware: Claude Code, nvim and friends get their own rows." "All local. No account, no telemetry." They link nathankramm/omarchy-kanso-screen-time for Kanso v0.9, and in follow-up replies say "Coming from agx.screen-time? Same data folder, so history carries over." and "Built on ax1g's quickshell-screentime-plugin (MIT). v1.0 and the Omarchy marketplace listing are coming this week, so bug reports now are especially welcome."; the still is "Kanso Screen Time" and "hover the hourglass: today at a glance" above a card reading "5h 11m" "today" with a multicolored bar, "Code editor" "2h", "Web" "45m", "Browser" "30m", and "Details ›", over "demo data".
