NickElojire got Surface Pro touchscreen and pen working on Omarchy without a linux-surface kernel, packaged a DKMS touch driver so the normal kernel stays, tested only on a Surface Pro 7 so far, and points reports at ChowderTV/surface-touch-omarchy while crediting linux-surface folks for the real work; the still is a purple-magenta mountain wallpaper with a stag on a ridge under workspaces 1-4.
@Espen_Antonsen · Note4c e-ink display
Espen_Antonsen says they rewrote Omarchy in Rust and now it runs on this Note4c e-ink display by itopinion, tagging dhh; the still is a hand holding a small white device whose screen shows an orange pixel "OMARCHY" wordmark on a black dithered background above a lock icon and a password field, with a speaker grille and a round button on the bezel.
@dualface · Steam Deck
dualface installed Omarchy on a Steam Deck a while back and plans to take it for a spin on actual daily work; the still is a docked Steam Deck handheld on wood showing an OMARCHY wordmark splash with a progress bar, a white keyboard, and a white mouse in front.
@TheoParis04 · Pixel 7a
TheoParis04 asks whether Omarchy on the Pixel 7a via Mainline Linux 7.3 is coming soon; the still is a rugged black-cased handheld showing Arch Linux ARM 7.3.0-rc5+ (tty1) with a lynx login prompt and a bright reflection of another terminal log across the lower screen.
