Bar Color

Recolor the Omarchy bar from the bar itself. A hue/saturation picker with the active theme's own palette as presets, an opacity slider, a transparency switch, and bar text that keeps itself readable against whatever you pick. The choice is written to ~/.config/omarchy/shell.toml, so it applies live and survives theme switches and updates.
