kazuhidet: M1 Max MacBook Pro on Mainstream Omarchy Quattro, Not Omarchy-Mac

@kazuhidet · MacBook Pro 14-inch M1 Max (2021)

kazuhidet upgraded an M1 Max MacBook Pro to Omarchy Quattro using mainstream Omarchy rather than Omarchy-Mac, and says it is not to kazuhidet's taste that Omarchy-Mac tends to put in mechanisms that differ from the original; the fastfetch screenshot shows Omarchy 4.0.2-2 on Hyprland with Tokyo Night on a 14-inch M1 Max.

kazuhidet: MINISFORUM MS-R1 and Windows Dev Kit 2023 Moved to Omarchy quattro, Raspberry Pi 5 Left

@kazuhidet · MINISFORUM MS-R1

kazuhidet says, in Japanese, that moving their household aarch64 PCs to Omarchy quattro is now done for the MINISFORUM MS-R1 and Windows Dev Kit 2023 too, leaving only the Raspberry Pi 5; the still is a fastfetch run on MS-R1 beside a large green Omarchy logo over a wallpaper of a red sports car, listing "MS-R1 (1.0)", "Cortex-A720+Cortex-A520+Cortex-A720 (2+2+2+2+4) @ 2.60 GHz", "Arm Mali-G720 MC10 (Panfrost)", "Omarchy 4.0.2-2", "Linux 7.0.0-aarch64-cix+", and "Tokyo Night".

kazuhidet: Installed Omarchy quattro on an M4 MacBook Air, on VMware Fusion for Now

@kazuhidet

kazuhidet says, in Japanese, that besides the Windows PC they hate, they also installed Omarchy quattro on an M4 MacBook Air that can still run macOS as an active machine; since the Asahi Linux kernel can't yet be said to run stably on the M4, for now they installed Arch Linux ARM on VMware Fusion and ran it there. The still is fastfetch output at a "[kazu@Omarchy-FVM ~]$" prompt beside a green square logo, with "VMware20,1 (1)", "Virtualized Apple Silicon (2)", "SVGA II Adapter (Fusion)", "OS: Omarchy 4.0.2-2", "Linux 7.2.8-1-aarch64-ARCH", "Hyprland 0.56.2 (Wayland)", "Catppuccin", and "OS Age: 42 days".
