rowellkeith: OmaRead Markdown Reader for Omarchy v0.1.0

@rowellkeith

rowellkeith built OmaRead, a Markdown reader for Omarchy as native QML on Quickshell with no web view; it follows the theme live, colors code from the reader's own palette, and keeps the reader's place while an agent rewrites the file, with v0.1.0 out at keithrowell/omaread; the screenshot is an OmaRead window open on omaread-spec.md with a CONTENTS sidebar and a search for "quickshell".
